    • NASA orders additional Resilience Firewall Appliances
    • Resilience receives order for first Continuous Support Program from premier North American telecommunications provider
    • Large Canadian retailer chooses Resilience Firewall Appliances as its standard security firewall solution to be rolled out throughout its network of outlets
    • Leading Caribbean banking institution selects complete end-to-end Resilience security protection solution

The Board of Nexus Management, the AIM quoted provider of specialist IT Managed Services, is pleased to announce a series of significant orders for Resilience Technology Corp. (“Resilience”), its wholly owned subsidiary.

NASA (the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration agency) has ordered additional firewalls for deployment within the organisation. NASA has indicated that it selected the Resilience Firewall Appliances because their superior reliability gives maximum up-time and minimum outages.

Resilience also received its first Continuous Support Program (‘CSO-X’) order from one of the largest North American telecommunications providers – the initial order is for in excess of one hundred units. A company source commented ‘Resilience’s compelling price to performance ratio, which no other vendor is able to match, made it our provider of choice’.

One of Canada’s largest retailers has also recently selected the Resilience Firewall Appliances as its standard security firewall solution and will be rolling it out throughout its network of over a thousand corporate and franchised stores. The retailer referred to Resilience’s ‘superior failover capabilities, reliability, self-healing characteristics, and ease of use’ as its primary reasons for choosing the products.

A leading Caribbean banking institution has also recently decided to implement Resilience’s complete end-to-end-security protection solution, stating ‘the price performance and ease of use were the compelling factors for selecting the Resilience hardware’.

The orders, in aggregate, will generate several hundred thousand dollars of income in the current financial year and are expected to provide recurring maintenance income in future financial years.

Roger Richardson, Chief Executive of Nexus Management, commented:

“We are delighted with these new orders; they clearly demonstrate the strong demand for Resilience’s data security solutions and are an indication that Resilience, under the direct control of Nexus’ senior management, is refocused on increasing sales.

“The fact that these customers have offered such positive feedback is an endorsement of the invaluable product Resilience delivers.”
