Avation Considering move from PLUS to main market
    26-07-2010

Response to analyst's question regarding a Listing on the London Stock Exchange

The Board of Avation plc (the "Company") announces that in response to an analyst's question that it will consider proposals from advisers to apply for its ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trade on the Main Market of London Stock Exchange PLC ("LSE").

If the Company proceeds with such a proposal and the consequent applications for admission to the Official List and the LSE prove successful, this may see the prior withdrawal of the Company's shares from the PLUS-quoted market.

To assist the Company the Board has appointed the law firm Speechly Bircham LLP to advise it with regard to the proposed move to LSE but at this stage is still considering the proposals and will continue to keep its options open. Accordingly, the Company is not announcing any intention at this stage to withdraw its securities from PLUS-quoted and a further announcement will be made in due course should such an intention be formed.

The Directors take responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
