Nick Rome, Director
Nick joined Bishopsgate after spending eight years as a financial journalist. Having laid the foundations for his career at Money Marketing and What Investment, Nick spent five years as small cap specialist writer at the Investors Chronicle.  During his time there he nurtured strong relationships with company directors, brokers and analysts and proved himself as a well respected tipster with his portfolio of ‘buy’ stocks returning significant gains. Nick has strong analytical and research capabilities having followed sector and market trends and brings in-depth knowledge of hundreds of AIM and PLUS-quoted stocks. He is well-known throughout the industry and remains constantly in touch with top commentators and experts in various fields, searching for new and innovative angles for coverage. He understands the demands of the industry and knows the audience well and provides expertise and understanding of what makes a story interesting and news-worthy and how to relate this to the public.

Neil Boom
Neil has around 17 years of financial and corporate PR experience. He has advised publicly quoted companies of all sizes and sectors, in a City PR career that includes spells at Brunswick, Financial Dynamics and Broadgate. Neil was sole director and founder of Gresham PR, a financial PR agency that advised AIM and smaller quoted companies on the Official List which he sold in late 2007. Neil has also advised accountancy and legal practices, and other types of private business

Jenni Herbert, Account Director
Jenni joined Bishopsgate Communications in 2006.  Prior to this she was Head of Communications at NMB Bank, a Southern African Bank focused on high net worth companies and individuals, where she was responsible for marketing communications all PR as well as brand management and new product launches.  Jenni specialised in accountancy, training with the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators as an Associate.  She has over 11 years of experience working for large corporates and multi-nationals in PR and communications roles.

Nick Farmer, Account Manager
Nick joined Bishopsgate Communications in January 2007. He was previously an Account Executive at The Wriglesworth Consultancy, a financial, corporate, consumer and business-to-business PR consultancy. Nick works across a number of accounts at Bishopsgate advising clients on their IPO and through into the aftermarket in addition to managing a number of privately held companies. Nick holds an LL.B Law degree from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Gemma O’Hara, Account Executive
Gemma joined Bishopsgate in the summer of 2007 after successfully completing a CIPR approved BA (Hons) Degree in Public Relations and Communications at Southampton Solent University. She previously worked for Reckitt Benckiser as a Marketing Assistant and has completed internships at both, Ash communications and Brandnation Public Relations.

Michael Kinirons, Account Executive
Michael joined Bishopsgate Communications in the summer of 2007.  He graduated with a degree in Law and Politics from the University of Ulster in 2004. Michael then spent a year in Australia before he completed an M.Sc in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, graduating in 2006.  Michael most recently worked with the Cork University Dental Hospital and the Parkinson’s Association of Ireland.
